Our shipping partners, Australia Post and Startrack, are both experiencing order delivery delays due to the backlog of freight created by recent Covid-19 lockdowns across Australia. As many states are opening up, things are improving, but please understand that there may be delays in shipping to some areas at the moment, and in the near future, and that our freight partners will do their very best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
WExpress
Need it in a hurry? The WExpress service is exclusive to Heal² and provides our customers with the fastest possible freight option to almost anywhere Australia-wide. WExpress is powered by Startrack and offers true overnight delivery to most locations around Australia for the cheapest possible price. Perfect for when you need to get your order fast.

Because Australia is so vast, there are some remote locations that are simply impossible to reach overnight. In these cases orders still arrive faster with WExpress than any other freight method.
WExpress overnight freight is only available with the “Authority To Leave” request. If you are not home at the time the delivery reaches your designated shipping address, the parcel will be left at that location.
It is your responsibility to collect it once it has left the delivery driver’s possession. WExpress deliveries can only be left at a physical address. Deliveries to PO boxes are not available with this service.
Please note that Heal² will not accept liability for ANY lost, damaged, or stolen orders, or orders destroyed by pets. If you select WExpress, make sure you are prepared to receive your order the next day! WExpress ships daily from Monday – Friday every week but is not available on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed before 2pm, Monday – Friday, are dispatched the same day.
Australia Post Express Deliveries
Order before 2pm, Mon-Fri, and choose Express Shipping and we’ll dispatch your order on Australia Post eParcel Express. They deliver to most major capital cities and their metropolitan areas the next day – Subject to Australia Post services.
Regular Shipping Deliveries
Order before 2pm, Mon-Fri, and choose Regular Shipping and we’ll dispatch your order on Australia Post eParcel or Couriers Please – You get to choose at the checkout. Both carriers deliver to most cities in Australia within 2-10 days.
Free Shipping Service
Order before 2pm, Mon-Fri, for delivery Australia-wide, choose Free Shipping and we’ll dispatch your order in time to arrive at your door within 14 working days. Delivery excludes PO Box addresses, Parcel lockers and is via various carriers with the Authority To Leave option only, so please ensure your delivery drop address is secure when using this service. Please note that Heal² will not accept liability for ANY lost, damaged, or stolen orders, or orders destroyed by pets. Limited tracking includes dispatch notification with this service.

More Shipping Information
As the shipping costs are calculated using your shipping address, your exact cost of shipping will be provided in “view cart” for multiple items. This is before the checkout process so you will have the option of viewing the shipping costs before you complete checkout.
Orders to Australian destinations are trackable and shipped by Australia Post e-parcel post, express post delivery or most suitable courier for your location. Online tracking is available. Most of these options can be chosen in checkout. Large items are sent via our courier Star Track Express or other carriers.
All items are delivered with authority to leave (safe drop). If deemed unsafe by the carrier who is delivering the parcel, items will be carded for collection at the nearest depot.
For international regions, you will have a number of shipping options available depending on the item. These include Airmail and Express Courier International. Each option has a different cost associated with it, and is best suited to a particular type of parcel.

Items are packed with recycled and recyclable* durable strength custom made packaging to protect the items inside on the journey to you. All items are checked prior to packing and handled with great care, to ensure that each item is guaranteed to be dispatched in perfect condition. Heal² Australia is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods whilst in transit; however if your item arrives damaged please contact us at service@heal2.com.au

The shipping time guides provided on this website indicate approximate shipping times only – they are not guaranteed delivery times. Heal² cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destinations. This includes, but is not limited to: delays with any nominated carriers or carrier agents/representatives, delays in customs processing and clearance, delays resulting from industrial strikes/protests/wars/natural disasters, road, traffic or busy periods with freight companies.
